I attempted to return an item and emailed customer service as directed on the website. The representative stated that a 10% refund was all she could provide. The item was unworn, unwashed, and still in its original packaging, and I requested a return within 30 days of receiving it. I’m unclear why I wasn’t allowed to return this item. When I directly inquired, the representative didn’t answer but instead offered a 30% refund. I’m very disappointed in the customer service, and I will reconsider purchasing from this retailer if I can’t return items!
