Extremely Disappointed with the Service!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would! I ordered a black turtleneck sweater and received no confirmation, yet the $39.99 was deducted from my account right away, which felt odd. It took two weeks to arrive, which I could overlook. However, the fabric was rough like burlap, and the color appeared faded. The most confusing part was that it wouldn't fit over my 3-year-old granddaughter's head; the turtleneck was far too small. Before purchasing, I carefully reviewed the return policy since I was ordering internationally. Their customer service was useless. I emailed them and was told they couldn't find my name or order number. I provided a screenshot of the package, my bank statement, and the numbers on the bag the unattractive sweater came in. I asked for a return address, as stated in their policy, without wanting to keep going back and forth via email. A representative responded with three options: 1. Choose something else, 2. Receive a gift card for their items, or 3. Get a 10% refund and keep the sweater. I declined all options and requested a full refund upon returning the sweater. Since then, I've received no further communication. This is a fraudulent company, and I recommend shopping elsewhere.
