Be very very careful. All is not what it appears with Solmar Villas. Currently in dispute, though have recieved a patronising response to our complaint.A villa in Albuffera, i presume they thought we were 21 year olds who are not really bothered. about acco.odation. We sre not. 3 couples in thier 50,sDisgraceful. Plenty of other Villa letting Companies. 3.7 review score doesnt reflect. I have given them 1. I will keep you posted. It could drag on a bit. Stay well clearStop Press:Current status summary.Despite having video and pictorial evidence of the poor cleanliness. poor maintenance, and poor service from Solmar, thay have offered us £75 per person as a full and final 'Goodwill' jesture.Solmar have chosen to take the word of the cleaning, and maintenance teams above the evidence and summarised views of 6 paying guestsThis despite having to fork our nearly a £100 for pool towels which were not at the villa, along with no tea towels.Solmar, initially said complimentary pool towels were not included.......Clearly, someone knows very little about thre brand and Ad postings.1. Filthy outside/ ground floor on arrival. Dust pan collection. Glass, cigarette butts, chewing gum, paint from flakingpoolside walls. Evidenced2. Broken toilet throughout our stay. EvidencedNumerous pieces of broken pool furniture/beds. Evidenced4 lounger mattresses blown with water and unuseable. Evidenced5. Fillthy oven. Evidenced.6. Weeds some 12 inches tall around the pool terrace. Evidenced7. Ants, plently of them on ground fllor on our arrival. Told we should not keep food on worktops as it encourages them. Evidenced. Patronising reply.8. Broken showerhead, only useable with crsfty use of cardboard. In same room as broken non flushing toilet. Evidenced.£75 per couple goodwill. Despite spending £30 per couple for pool towels. What a Joke. And this is the end point. No satisfatory resolution.
