Called and gave details of the villa I wanted - location dates etc and had all the details ready. Was promised a quote within 24 hours - not received. I called 4 days later to be told by another agent to check my spam (I already had) but she was resending me the quote which had apparently been sent 3 days earlier.I got an email an hour or so later saying they hadnt found me a villa in that destination would I consider other destinations. So it was clearly lies and no quote was ever sent in the first place because how can you resend a non existent quote. Booked with a more professional company now who we have used in the past. Was willing to give Solmar a try but if they're lying at enquiry stage I dread to think what there customer service will be like further down the line
