Hi stayed at solmar Villa Anyaval Lanzarote was posted to be the best range of villas i payed just under £15000 for two weeks over Christmas with my family outside lights don’t work so u can’t use any of the facilities at night as we spent most of the days at the beach phoned Jet2 and solmar regarding this issue someone comes out looks at it and goes away solmar contact jet 2 saying it fixed the man didn’t have a tool to fix it with looks at it then goes away Jet2 phones u back u tell them it isn’t fixed u don’t hear back from any of them u go on holiday to use outside space this is my second year booking with Jet2 and solmar Villas will be the last they just don’t care take y r money and don’t provide a quality service very disappointed
