I received the loan (thanks to the amazing lender). As I tried to withdrawal the money to my bank, I kept receiving an error. My banking information and my debit card was verified by Solo. I emailed support twice and have not received help. The loan isn't needed anymore at this point. So, I have to pay back the loan plus interest and I never had the chance to use it.
