Solo funds will not respond to emails. I applied for a loan on 9/29/2025 and was funded I went to withdrawl funds that I need to pay some bills with and the money just simply vanished not deposited to my account. Solo seemingly won’t respond to emails other than their automated response of we’re working hard here’s our hours. After this mess I do believe that this will be my last loan I ever take from solo as I find the lack of response horrible. If you have issues just be transparent about them. I would very much appreciate much love to receive those funds less solo’s fee but not right when payback is to occur I have bills that need to get paid now not next week or in two weeks.
