Update: 3/3 CHANGING TO 1 starClearly this platform struggles with technical difficulties. I still have not had resolution for my issue. I have at this time ask them to stop working on this. I’m not sure I trust a site that can not fix a sign on issue in over 2 weeks. Update: 2/27The loan was returned as mentioned but 2 weeks have passed and still no update on my account. This account is still open and connected to my bank. I still have no control over it. Initially the platform seemed good. I was funded for a loan and payed back on time. I then requested another loan and received email notification that I had an offer. I attempted to get on the app to accept but could not access my account. I received an 3 additional emails for offers but still couldn’t access my account. I reached out to customer service and to date 1 week later still am locked out. In the meantime time I was told a lender accepted a loan on my behalf and the funds were in my Solo wallet. Not sure how a lender is allowed to do this. So to date I have no access to my account, funds or any idea of the terms of the loan accepted for me. Customer service assured me they are diligently working on this. I’m not even able to close my account because of my outstanding loan that I didn’t accept.
