After a very very long, days of conversation with the customer service about some really simple requirements, the final confirmations of our arrangements were always wrong. Two times the quantity, three times then the colour of the item, and two times the artwork, which have to be provided by Vector SVG format (provided), however Solopress is a professional printing company not me. Despite my endless patience and time spent to work on to clarify my simple order the final confirmation of this was a complete mess about the quantities, colours and items, full with "advisory", which means that they do not take any responsibility for any issues.
