I have been totally let down by Solos. I was due to go to an Easter Ball in April and have tried several times to secure a refund. I was going with a friend who emailed them last week to ask again where her refund was and they said they were in a position to refund her and it was in her bank the next day. I emailed them again yesterday (4th time in 4 months!) to request my refund and this is what my reply was:-‘We have now finished the refund process for our March departures and can confirm will turn our attention to April onwards. On this basis I am unable to give you a definite date on when your refund will be processed although we are hoping to be in touch this week or next at the latest.’This is a total lie as I know they refunded my friend last week for her April booking! It seems they can say whatever they like. Shocking!!
