I have been waiting for a refund on my holiday since April. Each time I contact the company I get a standard “we’re doing all we can” response. I have now had emails from Hidden Travel who I believe own Solos Holidays. Does this mean that Solos are not operating any more? Are they in financial difficulties? I was originally disappointed by the service I received from Solos. I am now very concerned.
