Yes all good from visiting Adam in the showroom, to having a test drive for me to get used to the controls and manoeuvrebility and ordering the scooter.We didn’t opt for the scooter to be delivered by the company, which was a mistake, as setting it up was a bit confusing for us.We had a problem with folding the scooter once manually opened and phoned for advice.George was very helpful and pointed out that a bar had to be pushed back into place.We also had a problem with coupling the remote and George said he’d phone back with an engineer. Unfortunately that didn’t happen but we managed to sort it after a couple of days.
