We found you on the internet whilst trying to find anywhere still giving demonstrations on Powerchairs (due to COVID-19 still being an issue) who were close by. Dad rang up and the lady he spoke couldn’t have been any more helpful.The day we came to your shop we were met by George, he talked us through/showed us around the Pride Jazzy Air 2 and the Quantum Edge Q6 iLevel. His product knowledge on both powerchairs was outstanding. He then carried out a physical demo and answered all of our questions for both chairs. Although the whole time George was very professional and polite, he was also Friendly, easy to talk to and approachable - I suffer from Anxiety, George made me feel at ease almost straight away. As you can imagine this for me is a thumbs up straight away.We paid for the Quantum Q6 there and then, we didn’t need to think about it - plus as I said George told us everything we needed to know. Once the transaction was complete George then explained what would happen next. My Dad had to nip to the bank first, & Mum and I waited at the shop (as I had my ESA Dog with me too) - George even offered us drinks whilst we waited which was a nice touch. We also met Carla who came to do the paperwork side with us - again absolutely lovely lady. Although she stayed professional and polite - just like George, Carla was also Friendly and easy to talk too. We have to say George is an absolute asset to your company, from the way he holds himself/comes across, his Customer Service Skills & the knowledge he holds is incredible - it wasn’t a surprise to find out that this is a family Company, (he is part of that family) and obviously very proud of their Company too.As for the Powerchair - I managed to get the exact chair I wanted/needed for around a Quarter of the RRP. Nothing at all wrong with it - still has the stickers on the screens and only a couple of miles done too! And the best part - feels like I am sitting on air!! Thank you so much for helping finally get what I’ve needed for so long! I would have no issue highly recommending you to anyone and everyone.
