Initially, they seemed good and I was very pleased. But then issues started occurring. I have had two chairs from solutions mobility, and both have had serious battery problems. The batteries on both chairs failed within months of getting them. I have had my current chair for five years and have had four sets of new batteries, despite following the manufacturers guide on charging my chair very closely. The same has happened to a friend of mine who bought a wheelchair from them. My suspicion is that they are increasing the speed of the wheelchairs which is eating up the battering and making them fail, but I have no way to prove this as they've been very unwilling to investigate whats actually going on.Be very careful - I'd recommend staying away from this company.
