Pre emergent came in a plastic bottle that was shipped in a plastic envelope with no padding. Lid on product was off when delivered and leaked into the envelope and my mailbox. Customer service refused to replace the product and said I should have paid for the insurance. USPS subsequently sent me a letter instructing me to take the packaging to the post office or they might disallow the claim that I had supposedly made. Turns out that the company filed a claim to get the refund of the damaged product even though they would not make a refund to me. I contacted my credit card company to file a claim but have not heard the resolution to that. Solutions Pest did finally give me a credit as "a one time courtesy". Their filing of a claim for a loss that I was to sustain is in my opinion completely fraudulent.
