Once I managed to get through to talk to someone, Ellie was excellent, and very helpful going through the process to report the accident.Unfortunatetly, like so many companies now, it took ages listening to recorded messages, pressing different options, and listening to a message (several times, because it was too fast to hear the domain name) telling me how I can report the accident on-line. By the time my call was answered, I had started to complete the claim on-line.But,as I say, once I did get through, Ellie was very helpful, and went through the whole claim wih me.
