I would rate 0 stars if there is an option. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. My car had an accident on 28th sep and I’m paying £170 per month and still my claim is going on. Initially they mentioned that my vehicle is total loss and waited few days. After that their engineer came for inspection and without even starting the car he estimated that my car is repairable. Then I have asked for BMW approved service centre and they don’t have any then. Last week I have asked for cash settlement so that I can get it repaired myself. They mentioned that its possible. Today when I called them for an updated, they mentioned cash settlement is not possible and somehow they got BMW approved service centres now. Its been 4 months since my car had an accident and its still gone nowhere. Can someone help to take this further or register a case in the court ? Thankyou.
