Just wanted to write a review on the customer service provided by Rachel in the claims department. I’m currently through a really unsettling theft claim at the moment. Although I am still going through the process of confirming settlement figures at the moment, I wanted to thank Rachel for her great customer service, I have managed to speak to Rachel multiple times and she has been great with her explanations and giving full background of the claim and the procedures to follow. I can imagine that resolving claims can be difficult at times when people have varying views but she has been great to handle my claim so far and advising me of next steps should they be necessary.
