AVOID SOMERSET BRIDGE, SWINTON VAN INSURANCE, WATFORD, AND GO SKIPPY!BEWARE : no courtesy car cover although was something included while purchasing the insurance!!!Absolutely disgusting company. All the negative reviews are true! I don't understand how they have any positive ones—most just say someone was "so nice whilst taking on the phone."I had to wait 5 MONTHS!!!!! to get my vehicle back and ended up doing their work for them! I purchased insurance with courtesy car cover, as I always do, only to be informed that a courtesy car wouldn't be provided. This left me in a difficult position, forcing me to pay for a replacement vehicle, which created significant financial strain.Every time I called, they said they had no update and to contact FMG, who then tell me to speak to Somerset Bridge as they are waiting for an update from them! Both companies just blame each other. I had to contact the garage and Copart myself. I found out more about my vehicle’s status from the garage than from Somerset Bridge. I found out from the garage that the vehicle was deemed a total loss by Somerset bridge but when talking to Somerset bridge they claim to “not have an update and to contact FMG” Every time I called, they claimed to have “called” but never reached anyone, despite me requesting updates via email.
