The level of incompetence I’ve experienced is shocking. Customer service agents are poorly trained and completely unhelpful, but unfortunately that’s not even the worst part.After I cancelled my policy myself, it appears the company was unhappy with this decision and subsequently placed a marker against my name, which is now showing to other insurers as if they cancelled the policy, not me. As a result, I am now struggling to obtain insurance elsewhere. This is incredibly distressing and unacceptable.I have spent hours calling to resolve this, only to be passed endlessly between different teams customer service, underwriting, third-party teams, validation with no accountability, no resolution, and no ownership taken by anyone. Every call ends in the same loop.I am extremely shocked and distraught by this situation.It is also very telling that the company does not meaningfully address negative reviews only posting the same automated response over and over, showing a complete lack of care for customers or service standards.I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before dealing with this company.
