Terrible people to deal with even to set up policy. Can't interpret license info, contiually insisting I hadn't been driving before 1975 and wanting extra £54.18 because of this. £50 of this was administration charge, Extortionate in itself. Cancellation fees also extortionate, so paid up & stuck with them for a bit of peace from their constant hassling.Hope don't have to make a claim, God knows how they would handle that, not well by other reviews. Will change at best oportunity.An update on this situation, I have escaped from these people, and they have agreed to refund £619.91 of the £668.91 I Paid them. They however want 28 days to process this. Needless to say I am still awaiting this.A similar situation in the past with the more reputable Swinton had the refund back in the relevant account within 4 days.I think this speaks for itself
