I recently had to report small incident ,due to Sad & unforseen circumstances it took a while get all the information ,i spoke to a lady called Pauline who was so very kind and lovely and listened with patience as i explained about the day of the incident on daughters wedding day,when i was called to A&E regarding my parent ,the resulting bereavment! the lady claims handler was so kind and patience whilst asking relevent questions and explaining the procedure , providing the reference number and an email address to send the images and estimates to. I had looked on go skippy to report the claim a couple of weeks previuosly and it didnt recognise my policy ( In the renewal cycle ) so gave a number to contact this was the only downside of the process as i work 8:30-17:30 so each time i rang the phone lines where closed and i ended up having to take time off to ring the claim through. i felt that i was dealt with proffesionally and with compassion and consideration all the while taking all the relevent information in a fault accident.
