The tasting class was someone disorganized. We went thru a specific exercise for the 1st wine (White) and then it became just an overall conversation withe the wine maker & the somm. He plugged his cider products and after that there was not a lot of structure. We then opening the 2nd wine (Red) but their was just discussion about wine in general and only at the very end after of if the participants request was there a cursory tasting exercise for that wine. The wines themselves were just ok and certainly not the quality that I expected for a $45 price per bottle. Not likely to be a repeat customer.
