We live in France and bought 6 bespoke blinds for some triangle shaped windows. 4 of the blinds were lost in transit. Sona were let down big time by the delivery partner here in France - it was a nightmare. Sona took on all the admin headache and at the same time, manufactured new blinds. They could not have been more helpful or communicative. Amazing customer service is hard to come by these days. Sona are the real deal. I had dealings with Lewis in their customer service team (who was so, so helpful) right up to the owner Sam. Thank you so much. It's when things go wrong that you really get to see what a company is all about. And Sona are about delivering an exceptional customer service. We haven't even fitted the blinds yet, so I'm hoping i’ll be leaving another review here once that’s done! Nonetheless I felt compelled to tell my story….Jim (Annecy, France)
