I did have problems at first mainly sending to mp3 file and saving it.Was a bit frustrating trying to sort it (was all down to old email & fb,which i didn't click on for some time).Because of the problems at the time I gave them a 1 star rating,but since problems have been sorted and now downloading straight to my email I deleted the 1 star rating and comment and put a 5 star review because all working and easy to save in a file to transfer to cd or USB stick. It's not just good ,it's fantastic.
