My husband and I ordered a song from this company. We paid for fast turn around and didn't get it. They lie about their time frames! He didn't get the original song in the time frame they promised and the link they sent wouldn't work either. It was showing downloaded "several times" but nothing was there and we emailed them immediately to let them know. In fact, we wrote them several times telling them nothing was there. When we finally did get the song, we asked for a revision and was told it would take 24 hours to get it back. We didn't get it back for over a week. Before the revision finally came in late, we asked them to just cancel and refund us since they we're not adhering to the promised time frames and the company just ghosted us. After we were ghosted, we filed a claim with our bank for not rendering services we paid for. They finally decided to contact us when they got a charge back. They didn't even contact us via email, a girl text messaged our number being extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I cannot stress enough to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lie about time frames, they ghost you when you contact them, and they act extremely unprofessional when any conflict arises. We used Song Finch after this experience and Song Finch was AMAZING and honored their time frames and revisions. They also didn't ghost us and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our experience after we were done.
