The process is simple. When I chose my artist, Jason Carter, and added all the ideas I had in my head for the song, I was also asked to pick four things that had to be included in the lyrics. I paid for the song up front, so I received a clip of the whole song. There were three lines I wanted to revise in order to obtain the depth I wanted convey in the song. I received the revised copy on Father’s Day morning and it was Incredible. The song was for my husband. The song is a son talking to his dad who has passed way. My husband had to take a minute to find his voice after hearing it……. And he does not typically show his emotions.This song will live on in our family as it touches us all.
