We've had a disappointing experience with SongTools' A&R Program. After receiving multiple emails inviting us to apply—stating that we met all necessary criteria—we were later informed that our account didn't qualify. This kind of contradictory messaging is unprofessional and feels like a waste of time. It's frustrating to receive spam-like emails encouraging us to join a program, only to be rejected with vague explanations when we finally apply.SongTools needs to improve transparency and consistency in its communications if it wants to build trust with users.
