Overall the product is great! Order and delivery experience was smooth and arrived within a reasonable time. Pros, the design and the overall concept are great and what drew me to the purchase product. This didn't change after I received it. For me personally, it takes more than the recommended 30 sec for the level of cleaning that I am looking for it actually takes 2- 30 sec pushes of the button. Con- if you use a cream based toothpaste there is always a residue after the brush that I have to then take the time to thoroughly clean after every use. I didn't need to do this with a regular brush. Will I use this product again, definitely! I do hope they take the feedback and improve the product. thanks!
