Doesn't reach the last two teeth upper and lower on both sides so there are 8 teeth that aren't being cleaned by this brush. Waste of money. Update:Customer service contacted me after I posted this review to ask how they could remedy my dissatisfaction. They offered to refund my purchase and asked me to consider modifying or removing my review. I declined to do that but they went ahead and refunded one of the two brushes I'd ordered. So kudos to them for paying attention to customer satisfaction. 5 stars for that.
