I've been ordering from SoT for a couple of years. The support is easily the best I've experienced in online business: they're fast, competent and always willing to satisfy the client. The cotton used for the classic t-shirt is really good and it lasts a long time with normal care (as for the knitwear, I don't know as I've never tried it). They improved the collar of the polos and it seems that also the one on the t-shirts is holding better (I would still make the collar on the medium weight t-shirts a bit thicker though). They improved the shipping times and the delivery is always on time. Small increase on prices lately but still competitive with discounts and the free remake guarantee.
