Bought a 6 month course of advised products for my son, he noticed swelling to his eyes and nose area but continued to use because he thought he was just under the weather from the festive season. Then the swelling got worse but the most worrying thing for me was his rapid decline in mental health. Everyday was a traumatic battle so I ended up making a GP appointment who advised to stop using all products and if his symptoms carried on or he was struggling with breathing to ring 999. I contacted customer services a number of times and was asked to fill out a form so have done TWICE. Then was told the money back guarantee didn’t apply to these products as the are prescription products for the indivual needs so didn’t qualify!! Absolutely shocking and will be filing a report with trading standards. Read the small print and please take any Side-affects seriously especially the low moods.
