I never realised they had auto signed me up for a 3 month subscription, especially since my original order wasn’t for that amount of time. Out of the blue they charged my card and sent a “confirmation” of an order I never intended to place.

They claim they send reminders 3 weeks before.. I got NO SUCH EMAIL. So either it’s a lie or their system fails to inform correctly. Horrible people.

Reprehensible and disgusting outfit,

Their cancellation process is deliberately obstructive. It hides away from the user and roadblocks cancelation with several “oh really are you sure?” Pressure tactics. Absolutely avoid this company because they know the only way to make money is to run a pressure subscription scheme. Livid.
