Utterly incompetent service.The content is outdated, low-quality, and clearly neglected. Customer support is useless — they don’t read complaints, don’t resolve issues, and just parrot the same canned response like a broken record.Cancelling the service doesn’t even stop them from charging you. I cancelled and was still billed for renewal, then told “auto-renewal is on” as if that excuses taking money after cancellation. That’s not customer service — it’s either gross incompetence or deliberate misconduct.Zero accountability, zero value, and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid
