As other reviews mention, this company's customer service is not only lacking, they will not take responsibility for issues that are clearly caused by them or the manufacturer of the product they are selling. I could also repeat verbatim the review from 10 Jul, but I'll add that my $2500 fountain came in two different colors. After repeated gaslighting attempts via their customer services team to convince me I was imagining the differences, the manager (Brita) finally agreed this was the worst situation they'd seen and the fountain never should have passed quality control. While these email dates are not fully comprehensive, and by no means reflect the numerous phone calls I made to their customer service team, I want to give an idea of the scope of their delays and assurances that amounted to nothing. I have saved emails from 2/23, 3/26, 4/10, 4/12, 5/3, 5/7, 5/21, and 6/12. The last email assured me again they were working to resolve it to get me an appropriate stain to fix the issue myself. I finally gave up. To be clear I pressured them into a 10% refund, but never received a stain. So I have fountain worth thousands of dollars sitting prominently in front of a historic home where the tiers don't match. Buyer beware.
