I had the very bad surprise to find out after a little more than a year that my marble slate was of very bad quality. Not using it very much and never for a long time, in a few days, it was covered with a lot of holes in the stone where the water digs up very quickly. I thought that this problem would be considered as a hidden defect and of course, the Soothing Company would replace the slab, but surprisingly, the manufacturer covered himself behind the warranty which ended only few months ago. $2,000 for a piece of junk ! Very mad and disappointed ! I will never buy anything anymore from this company !
