Ordered something for my wife, it arrived about 3 weeks. She liked one item but not the other so wanted to return. Got told they do not pay for returns so the cost to me is around £20 which means all that for £10 refund. They offered me 20% refund on the item. I went back to them and sent all the documents they requested and heard nothing back. I have sent 5 chaser emails. If you are going to set up a business then please be professional and ethical.
