Very disappointing experience. My order was marked as delivered, but one item was missing, and there was no delivery photo or proof provided. This is unacceptable, especially given how common delivery issues are.I have contacted the company requesting an urgent investigation and resolution. If this is not resolved quickly, I will need to escalate the matter further. I would advise others to be cautious when ordering until delivery processes improve.
