I ordered two of the hairstyle packs that were part of a special offer with a 'free' straightener. These were intended as Christmas gifts for my daughters. When I received the first package, it only contained one hairstyle pack. I removed it from the packaging and discarded it to keep it a surprise for my girls, then wrapped it. I waited for the second pack and straightener, but after several weeks, I reached out for an update. They asked me to unwrap the one I received and send a photo, which I did, but now they claim they can't assist because I threw away the original shipping bag. It was frustrating to unwrap one of my daughter's gifts for a photo, especially since she walked in and saw it. The entire experience was pointless and disappointing. I spent a considerable amount on the two packs and only received one. I do not recommend this service due to their poor customer support.
