I ordered the Multistyler Pro as a gift, so I'm unsure how it works. Delivery was quite slow. I then ordered the Premium Leather Case for it, which arrived faster but was damaged and wouldn't close properly. The lid didn't fit the bottom. They provided a small 10% refund, which feels inadequate for an unusable item. This was also intended as a gift, and now I'm left unable to give it and out of pocket.
