Purchased this product for my daughter for her birthday. It zapped her while using it and stop working except for the handle getting dangerously hot. I email Sorose immediately but because I didn’t provide videos of the faulty product within 7 days of delivery they won’t refund or replace. They delete negative comments and have banned me from their social pages. I will be reporting to Fair trading.
