I ordered two of the 5 in 1 hairstyle packs, which included a "free" straightener as a special promotion. These were meant to be Christmas gifts for my daughters. Upon receiving the first package, I found only one 5 in 1 hairstyle pack inside. I removed it from the packaging and discarded it to keep it a surprise for my girls, then wrapped it up. I waited for the second pack and straightener to arrive, but after several weeks, I reached out for an update. They requested that I unwrap the one I had received and send a photo, which I did. Now they claim they can't assist me because I discarded the original shipping bag. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had to unwrap one of my daughter's gifts to take the photo, and she happened to see it. The whole situation felt pointless and exasperating. I spent a significant amount on the two packs but only received one. I do not recommend this service; the customer support was unsatisfactory.
