Sosoftbeds were very helpful when it came to ordering the bed and confirming details with me on the same evening I placed the order.There was a longer wait than expected (about 3 weeks) but it was worth the wait because the bed is great.The bed is sturdy and super comfy, the dual control profiling is fabulous!I would suggest that lead times need to be updated on the website to the current production times but other than that we are very happy.
