Bought a 4ft ottoman + mattress., design your own bed, Delivered in 2 half weeks as expected and described.Am pleased with the product, arrived well wrapped up in plasitc with protective corners. I gave 4stars as the delivery crew seemed in a hurry, whilst pleasant, the pistons were not tight enough, indeed 1 piston came off while the crew were present as I wanted to test it before they left, good job I did, however, 2 days later another piston came off. I got a neighbour to tighten them up further as I couldnt manage myself. The mattress is lovely but did not have handles, and I queried this with Oman, I wasn't sure if it was because it was a 4ft. This isn't a huge issue with me, and left it with him. Oman was helpful and engaged well with me on phone. BTW. The crew told me they do not take any cash on delivery, I had paid in full from ordering.I will be ordering another bed soon.Thankyou to oman and his colleague.Mel
