Really happy with the product. From ordering online it took about 2 weeks for the bed to arrive just as the website said. Love the fabric, ordered the extra strong pistons which work well for our very heavy mattress. The storage is brill (I got the standard depth which had plenty of space without making the total bed height too high). Only reason for 4 stars is that communication wasn’t great and to be honest I wondered if I had been scammed. Plus I paid a deposit online and then got a email to say I have to pay the remainder in cash to the driver - that sounded very fishy. When I inquired they said they would also send a link to pay with a card. After a couple weeks and a few updates I got an invoice with a secure link to pay the balance. That seemed more legit to me but I was still skeptical until the bed arrived. But we love our ottoman bed and are really happy with the quality.
