Customer service & delivery needs improving. I requested a specific delivery date as you are allowed to when ordering. Then got a text msg saying bed will be earlier than I had requested, I reminded them of the actual date I requested due to being on holiday. On the date I actually requested no-one turned up, I had to call to then find out my delivery date had been changed to the weekend. 1 person told me saturday another told me sunday, actual delivery date wasnt confirm until the night before.However, delivery guys were really good, they put the ved together quickly and the bed works great.It's been over a week and the strong smell of plastic still hasnt gone from the mattrees yet, even though I aired it for 2 days with the windows open over night before sleeping on it.
