Horrible costumer service. They did something wrong when declaring the package in customs which resulted in me paying a lot for shipping and taxes. They are supposed to pay the share, but whenever I am talking to customer support about refund they stop answering. I have been trying for months now. Can see online that several others are experiencing the same issues. Would not recommend. Seems like as soon as there is something wrong with either package, return or anything else they stop answering.
