I returned a swimsuit on 26th November and the tracking confirmed it was received by the warehouse on 3rd December, however I have still not received my refund, over a month later. I have sent multiple emails and provided proof of return but have had very minimal contact from your customer service team. The return has obviously been lost once it arrived at the warehouse, which is not my responsibility. I would have expected the refund to have been issued once I provided proof of return, but still nothing. I would appreciate a response and refund asap.
