Bad returns/exchange process and uncommunicative customer service. Had an exchange that was marked delivered by AusPost for two months, and after chasing customer service multiple times for updates about it they told me the tracking number I provided didn’t have any information attached (the info had timed out because it had been delivered for so long) and that I should follow up with AusPost. Had to open a case with AusPost and was forwarded the same delivery date by Royal Mail and also a picture of its delivery. Soso sent my exchange without any communication or apology for the wait, even though the process took so long because their team obviously couldn’t find the parcel that had been safely delivered. I understand smaller businesses don’t want to lose money, but the whole process left a sour taste in my mouth. Hope their process has improved now that they ship out of Aus
