Worst customer service ever. I have returned an item more than a month ago. They just said a couple of weeks ago I didn't send it in its original state which for me is not right but okay. So I asked for some proof or that they send back the item they deemed not in its original state. It's been over 5 weeks and nothing has been solved, they won't reply on any of their platforms. I regret buying this as this is the worst experience I had. Thank you for your reply. It took me a lot of efforts and 5 weeks to get an answer from you. I do accept if there is a picture that was taken indeed on the day of return. Looking at all the reviews here though it seems this is happening quite often and a lot of people are left without answer or like me have to send loads of emails and messages on Instagram. The lack of support was still the worst experience I had and it looks like other shared the same experience
